This accreditation was awarded by the Countess Mountbatten Hospice in Southampton after we attended the required training sessions and completed the coursework, which after 6 months work culminated in presenting a portfolio of evidence to the Hospice for assessment to ensure that we have met the standards demanded by the Six Steps National Programme. We are very proud to have achieved this accreditation, which we hope will give clients the confidence to commission care that is trusted and valued and truly meets the needs of the client and those closest to them.
