Communication from managment and staff was consistent, meaning i was always well informed and kept upto date with things.

My carers are kind and considerate, nothing is too much trouble. They cater to my needs on a daily basis. They will chat if they have time. Sometimes they are late, not arriving at the set time, but I understand it all depends on previous patients. Overall I am quite happy with the service.

Cannot fault the service provided during this particularly difficult time.

The last few months have been difficult due to the number of different staff members who have been visiting. They often arrive late, sometimes early, and hardly ever with a clear idea of the routine, house layout and Mum's preferences, etc. Communication is generally poor, between the office and client, and between the office and staff. However, the carers themselves are willing to please.

Kinetic Nursing is very reliable. The carers are wonderful and treat my father with dignity & respect. I don't know what we would do without them now.

A very nice experience, l to have kinetic carers visits, very helpful and kind and a pleasure to see them.Look forward to their daily visits,spending time chatting .And hopefully be extending my contract with them.

The carers are always attentive, and a week ago they were worried about my mum when they came in for the night visit. They called a doctor and kept me informed - mum had contracted pneumonia and her oxygen levels were dangerously low. Thanks to the carers swift actions mum has made a good recovery and is back home. I know mum is safe with her carers visiting, they will be looking out for her. Thank you for doing what you do!

Couldn't wish for better carers. Lovely with my mum and genuinely care. Great at communicating with family and they have gone over and above even getting medication when family are unable to get. Always answer the phone if we need to call and ring for updates when mum is in hospital. I would highly recommend. My only wish is that they were allowed more time when they visit.

I am kept well informed of any changes or things happening .

My dad has been receiving care from Kinetic since March and I am highly satisfied with the level of care he is being given. The carers are caring, supportive and very professional as are the management staff. I would highly recommend kinetic to anybody needing help to look after their loved one.

The management have really listened to what we need from the service and have done their best to match the staff with our son.

Two members of Kinetic Nursing visited Mum and we did a full handover of my requirements that Mum needs on 24/7 basis. I have been given the confidence that Mum's new team will be giving my mum the care, respect and companionship she naturally deserves. Without me having the constant safeguarding and neglect that I have sadly endured for the last year. Both staff were warm, welcoming, and knowledgeable in all aspects (brand ambassadors). All my questions were answered advice given thanks team Kinetic. Gold staff standard.

Not acceptable service.

Trying to find a company for my nephew was so hard but from the first meeting with the managers from kinetic I knew they where the right people. So helpful and reassured us that his needs would be met and work in a person centered way and went above and beyond to ensure staff which was placed to care for him was right. They ensured he met them before hand and any issues they are quick to resolve. Fantastic company and everyone i have met from office staff to care staff to management are all really approachable and compasionate about ensuring his needs are met and ours has relatives.

I can't stress enough how wonderful the whole Kinetics team have been in their care for my dad. When I first contacted the office to ask some initial questions they were so informative and made me feel so confident that I knew straight away they were the right company. They have a really experienced and knowledgeable team member who makes a home visit to find out about needs and the home set up, she made lots of useful suggestions, told us about other help available and she asked for lots of information so that dad would be treated personally straight away. As soon as the carers started they were fantastic, really getting to know dad and providing excellent care but also kindness and company. They have stayed with dad to wait for medical assistance and supported me through some very difficult days. When I phone the office, the staff are always familiar with dad's needs and have often listened and given advice. I can't praise the whole team highly enough and really recommend them.

I used the home care provided by Kinetic Nursing Services for a few weeks following my hip replacement to help with personal washing. From the initial assessment and to the carers, the staff were friendly, pleasant, efficient and treated me with respect. I saw the same 2 carers, apart from when one was suddenly ill. They were lovely, always cheerful, helpful and very interesting to chat to. I wouldn't hesitate to use Kinetic again, should the need arise.

We found the Kinetic team extremely attentive and helpful. From first contact, they went above and beyond to get my grandma the care she needed upon her discharge from hospital. After several months, I'm pleased to say she no longer needs the additional support and is making a good recovery! Thanks again, and if our circumstances change, we will definitely engage kinetic again.

They took the time to understand our specific needs and even visited our home multiple times to tailor the care plan accordingly, setting them apart from other providers. The Care Team, who now visits daily, combines empathy and professionalism, treating my relatives with dignity and respect. Their caring approach ensures my family feel safe and well cared for. Kinetic's operational support is also commendable, with a responsive team available for assistance at all times, providing peace of mind for our family.

Kinetic Nursing Services first delivered care to my then 35-year-old granddaughter in 2012. They got to know her when her rehabilitation to my home was becoming a reality after having my bungalow converted to meet the needs of her severe disabilities which were very complex. Kinetic staff worked alongside the nursing staff a the care home in order to achieve new kills and understanding of the delivery of care in order to prepare for a smooth transition, a full team worked in pairs covering 7 days and nights and 24-hour consistency of care. This continued for ten years until her death in 2023 age 45 years.
