Both carers and office staff are very friendly and offer attentive care to my grandad and our family. Always at the end of the phone and willing to help. Any queries have always been resolved. A huge support and they are very much appreciated.

My wife has two Bluebird Care carers who take turns about during the working week. She is extremely happy with both of them. They are well trained, experienced, friendly, helpful and kind. I have Bluebird Care for 1-hour every morning (Tuesday to Friday) to help with personal care. Having the same person on a regular basis helps because you get to know each other and are not constantly having to explain what needs doing. I have found Bluebird's staff friendly, polite and helpful.

Left with no shopping. Let me down every time when trying to see my family, then ignoring my needs. The home office calls me after I complained online after reporting many incidents. Feel let down now and failed me.

Bluebird Care Enfield was picked from a list given by social services. Initial contact was very welcoming. The management staff seemed to know and understand exactly what I needed for my father's care visits. The carers turned up at the appointed time and stayed for the duration of the visit. When visits needed to be adjusted they came up with workable solutions, nothing was too much trouble. All staff were always caring, pleasant and helpful. My father looked forward to seeing them.

I have found the service provided since the start to be of a very high quality. Mum has built up a good bond with two carers already who come more often, she is quite resistant to having things done for her but she is accepting it more now. It is also helping her to be more social and this is better for her memory it seems to help her remember more.

I am very happy with the care that is given to my dad. I feel happy that when I am not with him he is in safe caring hands. They give 100% even though they are short-staffed and stretched to the max it never changes the care that is given. Some of the carers have become amazing support to me.

I have been the Director of Bluebird Care, Enfield since 2019. I chose to lead the delivery of home care services because of my commitment to ensuring those with care and support needs can receive the services they need within the comfort and familiarity of their own homes.
Debi became the Registered Manager of Bluebird Care Enfield In July 2023. As a young adult, Debi embarked on a career in social care, first as a Care Worker furthering her career and education by holding senior management positions.
Debi's passion for excellence in the provision of care has never wavered.
