Office very poorly organised. My husband was left with no care on three separate days. Despite contacting the office by phone and email, I have received no explanation. No apology. We are left in limbo. My husband has me to care and be his advocate. What happens to a person who lives alone. Avoid them as they appear to have no empathy or care.
The carers who came into our home were lovely, some better than others.
