Carers all of them do a thorough job of cleaning, dressing and encouraging the client to follow the advice of the physiotherapist who requires exercises to be carried out and their approach is friendly and helpful. Their work is more effective than anything I can do and my wife looks forward to their
visits. She is very cheerful when they come.

We have no problems when the regular carer attends but problems to arise when she is off or on holiday. We particularly find that hourly appointed carers lack basic training and it can be very a difficult experience. The weekend when regular carer is off can be nerve racking as the time varies. It would
help the carers if the office staff were more aware of the area and the difficult road conditions.

In general, the girls are very good. I do speak to them when I'm there and they are always polite and friendly.
I would find their job very difficult but they handle my mum very well. As my mum is not always compliant.

I have been very satisfied with the care I get from my carers and look forward to them coming into my home which they treat with respect. Lots of different things to chat about and laugh. My cooked meals are always dished up on the plate and made to look very appetising. Washing up and kitchen left
nice and clean. Thank you girls.

All the carers do seem to care and are generally well trained and competent. The only criticism would be a lack of continuity in the attendance. Which carers will arrive is not really known from one week, sometimes day to the next.

The 5 points relating to the number of Positive Reviews for Accessible Care - Maidstone is based on 1 Positive Reviews in the last 24 months and is calculated as follows: 3 = 3
