My Brother has lived at Florence Court since the end of 2020, he absolutely thrives in his environment. He spends time chatting to carers and the management team on a daily basis. Really enjoys the social gatherings that are organised in the lounge area.
Florence Court Management ensure all care
is personalised for each resident and adapt their part of any care package should changes be necessary. I often message the management team with updates due to my brothers extreme anxiety. This is always taken on board with staff taking the time to keep an eye out to support him as well as notifying me of any concerns they may have.
Having such an amazing care facility as Florence Court relieves me from alot of worry and gives my brother his independence. I wouldn't want to change anything about the accommodation or care. Just Superb. x

I have lived here for over 6 years and could not have been happier. The flats are well designed and the care staff could not be faulted. I would recommend it to anyone.

The staff are very very special and lovely. The garden is lovely, it is lovely and very quiet.

Great staff and a lovely facility. I teach here every other week and have done so for well over 6 months. I always feel welcomed by both the staff and management. I always enjoy the classes and interacting with the residents.

I would like to thank the management and staff for all their hard work. They helped me with my brother’s medical issues, forms and transport, which I could not do, and the aftercare was put in place to help him. Thank you very much again.

I am so happy that we found Florence Court for my brother after he had his stroke. The design of the flats for wheelchair users meant no adaptations were required and the presence of 24-hour onsite carers contacted directly via personal alarms gives me peace of mind that help is always available in
an emergency. The setup at Florence Court has enabled my brother to retain his independence. The managers and care team go the extra mile to help and support their clients and their families. I could not have wished for a better environment for my brother. Thank you everyone at Florence Court!

Good rapport with clients. Excellent support during difficult situations and caring concern shown at all times. Recent changes in staff mean some are not as good as others. Standard generally is of high quality and management, both manager and deputy are excellent.

I have been resident with my wife since 2016 - my wife died in September 2019. Staff at Florence Court have provided Domiciliary care - CAN DO - WANT TO - WILL DO - not because they have to. Care is given in a sympathetic and encouraging way. The care manager's encouragement to her team is provided
by example and leadership. She does so knowing the rules and how far she can bend them. The care manager - best in the West.
