All the staff go above and beyond on each visit. They chat to my mum and nothing is too much trouble. They know that they can get in touch with me if any concerns or if urgent will call the doctor. They are all to be commended for battling through and delivering excellent care during lockdown.

I contacted Helping Hands Domiciliary Care originally after my mum had been in hospital twice, I find them very reasonably priced for the wonderful service they provide.
The management and staff are warm, friendly and lovely. Overall I could not be happier with Helping Hands.

We are totally satisfied with the carers and management team at Helping Hands. Everyone is helpful, approachable, caring and professional. We have felt very safe with our carers during the covid 19 pandemic. It's a pleasure to have them in our home.

My mother has had care visits from Helping Hands in Malton since Jan 2020. The carers always arrive on time, carry out the agreed tasks efficiently and with a gentle and caring attitude. We find the information and feedback on the App from their visits very useful to keep us up to date on a daily basis.
If we need to change the activities which the carers have to perform all of the staff are very responsive and adapt the tasks to my mother's needs efficiently. Any problems or issues arising are soon remedied. Staff in the office are also very responsive to our needs and are always helpful, understanding and cheerful.
We feel that the carers really care and take their work seriously. They take pains to make sure that they take notice of my mother's condition on each visit and adapt their approach accordingly.
My mother is always reassured by their visits and says to us how nice they have been to her.
We are always happy and confident in the care Helping Hands provides.

We started using Helping Hands in the autumn never having used carers previously. We were apprehensive. From day one we have been delighted with the service.
All the carers, without exception, are excellent as regards promptness, courtesy to my wife and I and very thorough in carrying out their duties.
They cheer my wife up and are generally delightful. We are delighted with service given.
