They make no effort to talk to the customer, to the point his verbal skills are going down hill quickly because he only has family to speak to a few times per week.

Worst Care company i have come across and i have dealt with quite a few after working in the NHS for 25 years, unwilling to clean up after themselves, inability to fill in care logs legibly and medication sheets, blaming service user for stealing their pen, not willing to promote service user to get out of bed for meals, breaking clients property and no apologies, not staying for the allotted time for each visit, as confirmed by cameras both in the house and on front door, CQC involved now and will be doing further assessments on the company who's CQC report is 4 years out of date, manager stated i had a conflict of interest with her as she used to bully me at school I left school in 1983, what that has to do with the service users care and provision is beyond me. If your looking for care for a loved one keep looking DO NOT settle for this company, this whole experience has left me more stressed than if i looked after the user myself.

When I first started having carers it was so difficult for me at a young age being disabled and feeling lonely all the time I had such a bad experience in Stoke Hospital I was so angry with everyone but now I am not, the staff and care I get is amazing and they are like my family, they become part of it no matter how hard you try. I have been with K&S for five years now and I am happy we had our problems but we always overcame them. I am so glad we have seen people come and go I lost count but they do their best every day, that's what matters to me so thank you everyone.

Very caring staff, take a real personal interest in not just the client but the whole family and very professional standard of care provided. The monitoring of fluid intake was very useful and always looked at ways of improving care and assistance provided. Could not recommend more highly.

I would like to thank all the staff and management at K&S Care Solutions for looking after my husband, who has Parkinson's, while I was recovering from knee surgery. The carers arrived on time, always cheerful and always kind and considerate.

Visited by three different carers over the last three weeks. They were always on time, kind considerate and very professional.

The staff spoke highly of working for the owners and the training they had provided.

K&S are very trustworthy, smiling always friendly and polite and make my friend's day when they arrive. Excellent staff.

Care staff from this company look after my aunt. I've observed them to be diligent, cheerful and always ready to go the extra mile. I've observed their caring attitude for my self when I called to visit my aunt and the care staff have been at her house. It's reassuring to know that when a loving relative needs care they can be cared for by staff from K & S who I've observed to be caring and knowledgeable, nothing is too much trouble and the staff carry out their duties with a smile on their face.

Very happy with the care. The carer is on time, easy to talk to and they have person-centred care. I would definitely recommend K&S Care Solutions to care for other members of my family.
