Bespoke Care Services

On behalf of my gran, employing Bespoke Care Services has been the best decision we have made.
She was initially provided with care from the public sector and it was not patient-centred nor efficient or suitable for her needs, she was declining in front of our eyes.
I was recommended Bespoke care services by a colleague and the difference has been incredible. Within a week glimpses of my gran were shining through, she was eating better, she was dressed better, clean and tidy and had energy again. Not only that, they actually stay for the full allotted time and spend time chatting and assisting with whatever is needed fast forward 9 months to now and she is like a different woman.
Home-cooked meals, proper care that is suited to her needs, company and companionship, personalised shopping to suit her tastes and staff that literally go the extra mile to ensure my gran can stay in her own home with her own comforts and feel safe and included.

I would like to express my appreciation to Bespoke Care team for the fantastic, high quality care they have given my mum since September 2021 until admission to hospice care in January 2022. A very trustworthy company, nothing ever a "bother" all care with a smile and plenty of genuine friendly chat, always on time, care given to the whole family, visitors and home.
In desperate need of help I contacted my work and a colleague I totally trusted told me of Bespoke Care and I am so glad I did.
