Thank you.
My husband came out of hospital, on the Monday and arise nursing was there waiting to start, we met Adesola, Benny, Bukky and Beauty. We were issued with a care package which looked very professional I found this very helpful, Alan also had a Christmas gift this was personally delivered on Christmas Day. There was nothing to much trouble they accommodated Alan's needs, with his neuropathy and cancer treatment, by changing his visits accordingly to his treatment times, and being there when he was at his lowest after having his treatment. They encouraged him to be independent and the staff are very caring hardworking and supportive of him getting his mobility back. We also have supervisor visiting to discuss any concerns too.
I had a free pen off the company on the first day which I was grateful for and it came with a stylus end , I have had 2 other carers too Joy and Abbie, all 3 are extremely happy and jolly, right up my street, they don't leave the house until I have taken all my medications. They are so dedicated and professional . I can't comment on value for money as I do not know ppl rice yet , but I'm.sure whatever the cost will be worth it
They kept me updated at all times and with each of the 4 visits per day. When we needed extra support it was easily arranged.
Well done to all and thank you again.
Arise very professional and offer excellent one on one care. Always happy, professional, great interaction with clients. Arise are premiership level care provider. I commend them for their excellent work.
If I could give Arise 20 stars for the review, I would!! The service provided to my father during his last few months were outstanding! We managed to keep dad in his own home til the end which is what we all wanted! They went above and beyond to make my dad comfortable and happy! Everyone in the team always had a happy smile and words for him right to the very end when he was unable to converse! I loved that it was always men that came to take care of his needs (I believe women are cared for by women) and the management are always at the end of the phone to talk too and discuss further requirements as and when needed! Arise you were wonderful to dad and the whole family thanks you!!! I would (and have already) recommended you to everyone I know in need! Thank you!!
Carers are kind and compassionate. I particularly like the app so I can monitor visit content. Extra visits accomodated when requested. They care for two members of my family. I recommend this agency.
They are not just carers they are companions as well.
The team look after my mum with the utmost care and are always on hand to help with anything she needs. They make her smile everyday and treats her like an equal which is very important to my mum. We are very grateful for the team as we don't know where my mum would be without them. Thank you!
The female Carers went above and beyond with their care for my Mum. My Mum was always left in an immaculate manner and the house was always left clean and tidy. The Carers were always punctual and would contact me with any concerns. I found the visit reports on the app extremely comprehensive which included how my Mum was feeling, her mood and what she had eaten at mealtimes. I felt when reading the reports that my Mum was safe and being well cared for. When my Mum was admitted into hospital, her Carers would visit her regularly. It was a new and daunting experience for me to hand over the care for my Mum as I had been doing it for many years. Throughout the process the Care Manager helped me navigate the change and would talk or text me to overcome any concerns I had at the commencement of Mum's care. I can wholeheartedly recommend Arise Nursing as they are such a caring and considerate team of Girls.
It was not easy for my dad to accept he needed support and a care plan however the care and respect that the carers gave to him he quickly adapted and acknowledged the need for him to have support. My dad appreciated the opportunity to have a laugh with the carers, they built a respectful bond.
Arise Nursing stepped in and provided my Mum with care at very short notice at a time when she really needed it. All the staff at Arise Nursing were smiley, friendly, caring and sensitive to Mums needs. They were flexible and gave Mum the time and consideration that she needed. They took time and trouble developing a good relationship with Mum. The care was provided with great humanity and warmth. We only needed Arise Nursing for a very short time but nevertheless are so grateful to the team for being there and doing a great job.
I cannot express enough gratitude for the incredible care that Arise Nursing has provided for my mother. From the very beginning, their team has shown a level of compassion, professionalism, and dedication that goes far beyond our expectations. They treat my mother with such kindness and dignity, and it's clear that they genuinely care about her wellbeing. The staff is not only highly skilled but also incredibly attentive and patient, always taking the time to ensure she feels comfortable, respected, and safe. What truly sets them apart is their thorough communication. We receive regular, detailed updates that keep us fully informed about her health, routines, and any changes-this transparency gives us so much peace of mind. They're also extremely accommodating, always willing to adjust schedules or services to best suit her needs and our family's circumstances. Thanks to Arise Nursing we feel confident and reassured knowing that my mother is in such capable and caring hands.
As a family, we cannot express how grateful we are to the entire team at Arise Nursing Care. The care they have provided has been nothing short of exceptional. From the first meeting to the sad day that our father passed away, the staff has shown such professionalism, respect, dignity and support. We were truly blessed to have Arise take care of our father and help us through some tough times. Thank you to each and everyone of the team!
Arise nursing staff are outstanding. The care given to my late mother-in-law was exceptional. The girls went up and above. They treated my mother-in-law with respect, dignity, compassion and choices. We are very grateful to the team of girls who showed the utmost professionalism in their roles. Keep up the good work Arise team, you make changes to the quality of life of those they care and support.
Arise Nursing was the most friendly professional and supportive team I could have wished for. My husband needed a lot of care and was bedbound and although I had to be hands-on 24/7 the Arise team did lighten the load for me and were all the most caring and beautiful people who I considered to be friends as well as carers. Thank you all for your continued help and support.
I cannot speak highly enough about the support provided and the care provided.
Thank you.
From the management to the carers I can't speak highly enough.
Thank you to all of Arise care for your help in making our lives a lot better.
This is our first experience of carers and I was dreading it hearing lots of stories where people were not happy with their carers etc.
However, I have nothing but praise and gratitude for the manager and her staff.
We have regular carers who arrive promptly every day and respect me my husband and our property. When one of them is off we are always told who will be coming in their place and have a regular report from them every day of what they have done and it is always done with a smile on their faces they always try and accommodate our needs regarding times etc and if I need to arrange a sitter this can be done via text even at short notice always available and supportive. I have no hesitation in recommending this company we even had Christmas presents!
If the carers have any concerns regarding my mum they always liaise with either my brother or myself. All carers show compassion towards my Mum and I know they genuinely do care about her.
If I ever needed to phone the office, calls are always answered promptly and my queries dealt with. I would highly recommend Arise Nursing.

Director, Arise Nursing, Adesola Olawale serves as both the Registered Manager and Responsible Individual for Arise Nursing. Through a clearly defined governance framework that ensures effective oversight, accountability, transparency, and regulatory compliance, she provides strategic leadership while maintaining an unwavering focus on delivering safe, high-quality, person-centred care.
With more than 26 years of experience across health and social care, Adesola has established herself as a respected and influential leader within the sector. Her professional journey began as a domiciliary care assistant, where she developed a deep appreciation for the importance of supporting individuals to maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life within their own homes and communities. These early experiences shaped her enduring belief that exceptional care is built on compassion, respect, patience, and truly listening to people.
Driven by a passion for improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals, Adesola progressed academically through an Access programme before obtaining a BSc (Hons) in Adult Nursing from the University of Suffolk, then University Campus Suffolk. More recently, she completed an MSc in Healthcare Leadership at the University of Warwick. Her master’s research explored how effective leadership within domiciliary care services promotes safer, person-centred practice for older spousal caregivers. Through this work, she examined the influence of leadership behaviours, organisational culture, and workforce support on the quality and safety of care delivered within people’s homes. Her academic achievements reflect her commitment to continuously improving standards of care and strengthening leadership within the sector.
Throughout her nursing career, Adesola has gained extensive frontline clinical experience within demanding emergency care environments, including the Emergency Department at the Royal United Hospital Bath, The Grange University Hospital, and the University Hospital of Wales. Working in fast-paced settings strengthened her expertise in safeguarding, risk management, emergency response, multidisciplinary collaboration, clinical governance, and delivering compassionate care during times of crisis. These experiences reinforced her belief that every individual deserves to feel heard, respected, safe, and empowered, regardless of their circumstances.
In addition to her leadership role within domiciliary care, Adesola is the Director of Arise Nursing Recruitment Agency, which has successfully provided temporary healthcare staffing solutions across England, Scotland, and Wales for more than five years. This experience has enhanced her expertise in workforce planning, robust recruitment, compliance management, staff retention, and the development of resilient staffing models capable of supporting diverse healthcare settings.
One of Adesola’s greatest passions is workforce development. She firmly believes that carers are skilled professionals whose contribution to society should be recognised and valued. Under her leadership, Arise Nursing has developed a culture that prioritises meaningful training, continuous professional development, and staff empowerment. Through the organisation’s flagship training programme, The Essence of Care, carers receive face-to-face learning designed to simplify complex aspects of care delivery while developing the confidence, emotional intelligence, and practical competence required to provide outstanding support. The programme is delivered across major cities including Glasgow, Manchester, London, and South Wales, complemented by a comprehensive programme of online learning to ensure staff remain current with legislation, best practice guidance, safeguarding responsibilities, and specialist clinical skills.
Over the past two years, Adesola has successfully transformed Arise Nursing’s domiciliary care service from a small team supporting a handful of individuals into a recognised provider delivering services across South Wales through local authority partnerships within the Gwent Regional Partnership. Through strategic leadership and a clear commitment to quality, she has expanded the workforce to include carers, supervisors, coordinators, and management personnel, whilst ensuring that safety, compassion, and person-centred practice remain at the heart of service delivery.
From the inception of the service, Adesola introduced significant operational improvements that strengthened the organisation’s governance arrangements and infrastructure. These included implementing robust quality assurance systems, enhancing safeguarding practices, improving recruitment and retention processes, strengthening competency frameworks, and fostering a culture characterised by professionalism, accountability, openness, and continuous improvement.
Among her most significant achievements has been addressing one of the greatest challenges facing domiciliary care: continuity of care. Through effective workforce planning, strategic staff deployment, and relationship-centred approaches to care planning, she has transformed continuity in care from possibility into a reality. As a result, service users are consistently supported by familiar carers who understand their preferences, routines, communication styles, and personal goals. This approach has strengthened trust, improved outcomes, enhanced consistency, and increased confidence among families and professionals alike.
Adesola maintains rigorous recruitment and governance arrangements in accordance with Regulation 35(2) and Schedule 3 of the Regulation and Inspection of Social Care (Wales) Act 2016. This includes enhanced DBS checks, verification of Social Care Wales registration, employment history reviews, competency-based interviews, reference checks, regular supervision, and ensuring that all staff are appropriately trained and assessed as competent before providing care. She also ensures ongoing compliance with the expectations of Care Inspectorate Wales and Social Care Wales through effective governance oversight, quality monitoring, safeguarding systems, reflective practice, regulatory reporting, and continuous service evaluation.
Beyond her professional achievements, Adesola values the natural beauty of South Wales, often reflecting that travelling through its valleys and mountains provides perspective and a renewed appreciation of what truly matters in life, not focusing on daily human challenges. She has a passion for horses and values the discipline, trust, patience, and connection that equestrian activities encourage. She is actively involved within her church community through mentorship and community engagement and, as a devoted wife and mother, balances her personal and professional responsibilities with warmth and authenticity.
