Overall Experience

Very friendly staff always dependable and professional. Adaptable and flexible. Providing personal care with a friendly touch. Mum is very happy with the service and it really makes her feel confident that they will look after her.

Overall Experience

Staff are kind, polite, friendly and always smiling. They are punctual and reliable. They provide an excellent service and are really caring and thoughtful when dealing with clients. Their staff are responsible and trustworthy.

Overall Experience

I have been using Southood Healthcare for 6 months. I'm very happy with the service of care my partner is receiving. The care given cannot be faulted. I can relax knowing my partner is well looked after. They offer a wide range of assistance. Making sure he's washed, dressed and given his meals. Staff make sure he has everything he needs. They sit and chat with him. They do household chores, change the bed and washing and ironing. They will happily go shopping and take my partner for walks. They are his ray of sunshine (also mine). Fantastic service, highly recommend.
