I need the care give to me. I have carers 4 times each time they always come with a smile & a cheerful face. Happy times.
Thank you so much for your lovely feedback. We're delighted to hear that our carers bring a smile and cheerful attitude to every visit - creating happy moments is exactly what we strive for. Your kind words mean a lot to the team, and we're pleased that you feel supported and cared for. If there's...
We have had support from Beehive for about six months now. In that time, life for my sister (the client) and our family, particularly my mother and I, has seen a monumental change for the better. This turnaround has been facilitated by Beehive. I cannot overstate how important and brilliant they have been. Every single aspect of their involvement has been fantastic, not just the care itself but also assistance and advice to us as a family with dealing with situations as they arise and navigating other agencies and support. The manager and her team are amazing, they are professional, knowledgeable, flexible, genuine, helpful and just wonderful people. I don't know where we would be without them. If you need help and are fortunate enough to have found them and they have availability, do not hesitate. They will make your life better, more than you could possibly imagine.
Where would we be without you, lovely Beehive? The empathy, professionalism and huge support which you give us is so vital to the whole family. At last, we seem to be finding a way forward to a much more settled and happy life together.
Beehive Care & Training Group has been essential for me to change from an extremely difficult life situation, leading to something more positive. All the staff have been wonderful; supportive, encouraging, reassuring and helpful in raising my general confidence that things can be better. I have suffered and suffer from various physical and mental health issues and without the support that Beehive has given me, I would not have the outlook on life that I do now.
It has been such a relief to know someone will be here to support my husband when I need to be out. He has loved his visits and trips out and about. Friendly and kind staff arrive to lift his spirits and enable him to access life. We are so grateful that we have Beehive Care & Training Group in our lives.
My brother was with my aunt at the end and spent a lot of time talking with Beehive carers. There were some problems with symptom control and medication. The carers spoke to me and my brother on the last couple of days. They went the extra mile to resolve the problems and their understanding of end-of-life care was wonderful.
Thanks to Beehive, my aunt was able to 'drift away' (her words) in her own bed, being held by my brother and the lovely carer.

With a foundation built on hands-on care, Alexandra deeply understands the significance of empathy and meticulous attention to detail in providing exceptional services.
Her journey from a frontline carer to a managerial role exemplifies her steadfast commitment to continuous learning and professional development. As a mother of five children, Alexandra's personal experiences further enrich her approach to healthcare management. She places great emphasis on family-centred care and is dedicated to cultivating a supportive environment where both customers and staff feel valued and respected.

For more than three and a half decades, Chelsea has devoted herself to the Health & Social Care field. Her journey began at the age of 13 as a volunteer tea girl, evolving over the years into roles focused on recruitment and training, which she has pursued for the past 16 years. Working as the Care Ambassador project lead in Devon, Chelsea started her path to igniting the passion in individuals to join the care sector, always driven by her unwavering commitment to nurturing talent within the industry.
She derives immense joy from identifying and fostering the potential within others. Chelsea is also a qualified Health & Social Care trainer, finding fulfilment in the "lightbulb moments" that mark the transformative learning process for her students. Her passion is to enable her learners to be the best equipped in their roles, whether they are new or veterans to the care sector.
Outside of work, Chelsea enjoys a variety of hobbies, including fixing things—often her 1970 VW Beetle—watching films at the cinema, collecting comic books, and delving into the study of true crimes, leveraging her qualifications in Criminology to deepen her knowledge in this area.
Elsa has spent over 20 years working in care, supporting people across residential homes, supported living services and community projects. Her experience spans learning disabilities, autism, dementia, mental health challenges, complex physical health needs and working with older adults, and she’s always brought the same energy to every role: genuine curiosity, kindness, and a determination to help people live well on their own terms.
As she moved into management, she discovered how much she enjoyed supporting teams to grow and thrive. She’s known for her positive, practical approach, her ability to turn complicated policies into something clear and useful, and her knack for bringing people together — families, professionals and staff— to create support that truly works.
She leads with honesty, humour and a down-to-earth style that makes people feel at ease. Whether she’s helping untangle a challenge, championing a team member’s strengths, or shaping a service so it feels more personal and human, she brings enthusiasm and heart to everything she does.
"Joining Beehive Care & Training Group is an exciting next step. The organisation’s values feel like the perfect fit, and I'm looking forward to getting stuck in, meeting everyone, and playing my part in strengthening services that make a real difference across the communities BCT Group supports."
With nearly 40+ years of experience, with a focus on emergency care work and an ambulance-based background, Simon started volunteering for St John's Ambulance at just eight years old. Simon completed 40 years of service at St John's Ambulance, with twenty of those years based on the frontline in the Ambulance crew and holding various managerial roles within his 40-year career.
In Simon's other past employment, his managerial positions were often contracted to undertake the PTS (patient transport service) on behalf of the NHS in Somerset.
"What attracted me to Beehive Care is wanting to still have a public-facing role and continue to provide a valuable service, which Beehive Care gives to its customers.
I wanted a change, and the company has been so welcoming from day one, which is brilliant, which is why this is the company I want to work for.
My interests include rugby (I used to cover the Exeter Chiefs' home games with St John Ambulance).
Carnivals, (I am part of a carnival club which enters carnivals from East Devon up into Somerset and a little further), also Chutney & Jam making."
One of the Operational Administrators here at Beehive Care & Training. Sian's journey in Health & Social Care began at 18 as a community care worker—a role proudly held for nearly a decade while raising her young family. Sian later became a Mental Health Intervention Worker, supporting individuals as they transitioned from institutional care into independent living. It was a demanding role, but it gave Sian invaluable insight into the operational side of care and the importance of tailored support.
More recently, Sian worked in employability services, helping vulnerable adults re-enter the workforce after long periods of unemployment. These experiences have shaped her approach and equipped her with the skills to support individuals through their recruitment and training journey. Sian especially loves working alongside Chelsea to help carers grow and thrive in such a vital sector. Seeing people flourish in their roles is what motivates her every single day.
Outside of work, Sian is a busy mum of four and a proud rugby WAG on the weekends.
"My favourite way to unwind is with a good book, a cup of tea, and my comfiest pyjamas—you'll find me doing this whenever I get a moment!" ~ Sian
