Overall Experience
Miriam was fantastic with my Dad Peter whom she built up a wonderful, caring and professional relationship. My Dad was rather difficult at first as he did not want any carers other than his immediate family looking after him, but Miriam managed the situation extremely well and soon became indispensable to my dad.

She has a lovely gentle but firm caring nature and will be an asset to any family.

Overall Experience
Had the pleasure of seeing the care service Nurturing Nest provide and couldn't be more pleased.
On visiting my grandma I couldn't stop admiring the wonderful and positive changes I saw on her since with hired the care service. The house looked very well looked after, my Nanna was more active and her overall appearance has improved so much. Now she is even going out for Tai-chi sessions and socialising more, always with the support of the carers.

It has been a great experience.

Overall Experience
Miriam looked after my father for over two years. She was extremely kind and personable to my Dad. He loved to chat with her about all sorts of things. She cooked for him and helped him to eat. He was totally bedridden for over two years. She helped to keep the flat clean and cooked for him.

I would recommend her and her company to any future clients. She always had a big smile when she arrived, and was a pleasure to have around.

Overall Experience

The staff are so kind and caring. The agency is looking after the property not just my dad! It feels all safe and controlled and he is looking so much better. I couldn't be happier! He is not eating well, learning to video call with us and is more alert. No infections so far because they keep an eye on things and I am just reassured.
