Chanel is a carer for our Mom. She visits twice a day and is very compassionate and caring towards her. She is always putting our Mom's needs first and making sure that she is looked after. This was our first time using a care provider as a family, so naturally we felt a little anxious. However, the team at Morgann were absolutely fantastic. A special mention must go to Darren, who treated our father-who suffers from dementia-with genuine dignity and the utmost respect. His demeanour and mannerisms were truly comforting, and he made a difficult situation so much easier for all of us.
