Vivacity Healthcare was established with a clear ambition: to reshape the standard of care delivery. While many services aim to support individuals, they don’t always succeed in providing consistently personalised care - especially for people with complex conditions, sensory differences, or mental health needs. Vivacity was created to bridge this gap, placing genuine compassion at its core. Communication is approached without limits, and care plans are treated as dynamic, evolving...

I'm am very pleased with my Carer with the support she gives me I also like to make my own choices and that she allows me to, she also allows me to make personal choices on where I would like to go even to the local supermarket, and also go to charity shops and coffee shops

Overall Experience
Vivacity Health Care have been great from the start. I was very anxious about having different carers, but they were incredibly accommodating and ensured I consistently have the same carer. Despite a few early hiccups beyond their control, they handled everything professionally and worked hard to find the right fit.
My carer is amazing - reliable, kind, and always going above and beyond. Their support has helped me become more independent and gives my husband peace of mind while he's at work.
The office team are always reachable, responsive, genuinely caring and always professional.

My care is tailored to my needs, which makes a difference; and their flexibility with times and days, when I need some adjustments, is something I'm truly grateful for.

Having the care service for my uncle has been a blessing for me these past months. He gets taken to his appointments. I know he is getting fed daily. Shopping is done. I can call with any concerns I have and it is dealt nothing is too much trouble. As I do not live locally, having their support is essential and puts my mind at rest.
