I am a dedicated Registered General Nurse (RGN) with many years of experience working in care homes, hospitals, and community settings. As the Registered Manager of Nottinghamshire Care Group, and having previously managed a care home for several years, I understand how important it is to provide high-quality care that is personal to each individual I support. Every person is different, and I believe care should always be tailored to their needs, preferences, and routines so they can feel comfortable, respected, and valued in their own home.

To me, good care is about much more than helping with physical needs. It is also about providing companionship, reassurance, kindness, and emotional support. I understand that having care at home is a very personal experience, which is why I always aim to build trusting relationships with service users and their families.

I have a wonderful team of professional and compassionate carers who are dedicated to delivering the highest standard of care. My carers not only provide practical support, but also bring warmth, patience, and understanding to every visit. I take a holistic approach to care, focusing on the overall well-being of each service user, while helping them maintain their independence, dignity, and quality of life.

I aim to make sure every individual feels safe, supported, and cared for, while giving families peace of mind knowing their loved ones are in caring and capable hands.

Our Operations Manager is responsible for making sure our home care service runs smoothly every day and that all of our clients receive safe, high-quality, and compassionate care. They work closely with our carers, office staff, clients, and families to ensure everyone feels supported, respected, and listened to at all times.

They oversee the daily operations of the service, including staff support, care planning, scheduling, and maintaining high standards across the company. They are passionate about providing person-centred care and ensuring that every client is treated with dignity, kindness, and respect in the comfort of their own home.

The Operations Manager also supports and guides our care team, helping staff develop their skills and confidence so they can provide the best possible care. They regularly monitor the quality of the service, respond to any concerns quickly and professionally, and work hard to create a positive and caring environment for both clients and staff.
