Job summary
Responsibilities
- Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
- Contribute to and implement care plans tailored to individual needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
- Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members and families.
- Ensure a safe and clean environment in the care home and during home care visits.
- Drive to various locations as required to provide care services.

Skills / Qualifications:
- Diploma or equivalent certificate
- Must have a valid UK driving licence & access to own vehicl
- Completion of equivalent healthcare training
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
- Ability to maintain confidentiality of service users/cleints information
