Job summary

Responsibilities

  • Assist service users with daily living activities, including personal care and mobility support.
  • Contribute to and implement care plans tailored to individual needs in collaboration with other healthcare professionals.
  • Maintain accurate records of care provided and communicate effectively with team members and families.
  • Ensure a safe and clean environment in the care home and during home care visits.
  • Drive to various locations as required to provide care services.

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Diploma or equivalent certificate
  • Must have a valid UK driving licence & access to own vehicl
  • Completion of equivalent healthcare training
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work well in a team environment
  • Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately
  • Compassionate and caring attitude towards patients
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality of service users/cleints information
