Care Assistants needed in Oswestry, Ellesmere, Shrewsbury and Whitchurch with mornings and/or evenings and weekend availability.

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clietns ensuring their comfort and well-being in their own homes. This position involves working closely with individuals, assisting with daily activities, and supporting the implementation of personalised care plans.

Requirements

• Previous experience is preferred but not essential - full training given.
• Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• A valid driving licence is required for supporting clients in their own homes.
