We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Senior Care Assistant to join our team. The successful candidate will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our clietns ensuring their comfort and well-being in their own homes and for supporting the care team with leadership. This position involves working closely with individuals, assisting with daily activities, and supporting the implementation of personalised care plans.

Requirements

• Previous experience is essential.
• Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
• Ability to undertand regulations for leadership of medication and moving and positioning.
• Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
• Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
• A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
• A valid driving licence is required for supporting clients in their own homes.
• Qualified to Level 3 in health and social care in order to support the team
