This position involves working closely with individuals, assisting with daily activities, and supporting the implementation of personalised care plans.
Requirements
- Previous experience is essential.
- Ability to understand and implement care plans effectively.
- Ability to undertand regulations for leadership of medication and moving and positioning.
- Strong communication skills in English, both verbal and written.
- Basic IT skills for record keeping and communication purposes.
- A compassionate nature with a genuine desire to help others.
- A valid driving licence is required for supporting clients in their own homes.
- Qualified to Level 3 in health and social care in order to support the team
