Job summary

Eidyn Care is looking for a passionate, experienced Registered Manager to lead our growing team across Fife and Perthshire. You’ll have the autonomy to shape services, elevate care quality, and guide our brilliant team through a new phase of growth.

If you love delivering person-centred care, want to work with a family-run, award-winning provider, and thrive in a fast paced, values-led environment, this role is your next big move.

Why Join Eidyn Care?

We’re not a big, faceless care company. We’re a Scottish, family-run service built on relationships, trust, and person-centred care — not targets and ticking boxes.

  • Rooted in the SSSC values of compassion, dignity, and respect
  • A close-knit team where your voice matters and your values lead
  • Genuine opportunity to help shape and grow a service — with people, not profits, at the hear

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Leading care delivery across Fife & Perthshire located in our Lochgelly Office
  • Managing and supporting a team of 75+ carers and team leads
  • Ensuring operational excellence and full compliance with Care Inspectorate standards
  • Driving service improvement and culture change
  • Developing strategies for growth and workforce sustainability
  • Building lasting relationships with families, social work, and local partners
  • Mentoring, coaching, and empowering your leadership team

What You Bring:

  • At least 3 years' experience as a Registered Manager in a similar care setting
  • SVQ 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Leadership skills that inspire people to do their best work
  • Strong regulatory knowledge (Care Inspectorate, SSSC, PVG)
  • Commercial awareness and confidence with budgets, planning, and growth
  • A genuine belief in dignity, respect, and relationship-based care
  • A full UK driving licence and access to your own vehicle

What You’ll Get in Return:

  • A pivotal leadership role where you can put your stamp on the service
  • Involvement in strategic planning and business growth
  • Ongoing professional development – we'll fund further qualifications if you wish
  • 28 days holiday
  • Enhanced Pension Contributions
  • A relaxed, supportive team culture

Quick Reality Check...

This isn’t an arm’s-length desk job. We’re a 7-day service and you’ll sometimes need to lead from the front – including on-call support, occasional weekends, and helping out when times are tough. But the reward? Real impact, real autonomy, and a team that genuinely has your back.
