We have opportunities to work the following shift patterns:

  • 8am – 2pm & 4pm – 9pm (Full time)
  • 8am – 2pm (Part time mornings)
  • 4pm – 9pm (Part time evenings)

You will be assigned a set rota (based on your availability) and work an average of 3 or 4 days per week (including alternate weekends). You’ll receive a guaranteed minimum income, regular clients and a minimum of one-hour visits. Our aim is to provide proper care to our clients and become the employer of choice within the care sector.

As a Care Professional you will be responsible for supporting clients to undertake tasks in their daily routine such as: washing, bathing, dressing, meal preparation, light housekeeping, laundry and medication administration. You will be supporting clients who have a variety of health conditions such as frailty and dementia. You will be helping to prevent loneliness, identify changes in health conditions, lift people’s mood and enhance the overall wellbeing of our clients.

You need to be honest, reliable and passionate about caring for clients within your community. You also need your own transport.

Qualifications

Must have a means of transport as clients are predominately cared for in their own homes or would like you to accompany them on appointments or outings and can live in remote areas.

We would welcome individuals who can demonstrate their experience of care in a professional or personal capacity, however full training will be given.
