We are a Homecare Provider committed to delivering personalised, comprehensive care packages that empower individuals to maintain safety and security within the familiarity of their homes.
We are actively seeking a dynamic and seasoned Registered Manager or Practice Manager to spearhead the delivery of personalised care services within our organisation. Your role will be pivotal, encompassing leadership and management of day-to-day operations in the homecare service.
Role focus will be on ensuring strict compliance with regulatory standards and upholding the utmost levels of care quality, all while prioritising client satisfaction.
Skills / Qualifications:
- • Level 5 Diploma in Leadership and Management for Health and Social Care or equivalent • Manager Registration with the Care Quality Commission • Minimum 2 years managerial/supervisory experience in homecare. • Valid driving license to drive in the UK and access to own car for work use. • Excellent leadership
