Job summary

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Business Development Manager to drive growth and expansion in our supported living business. The successful candidate will identify new business opportunities, build relationships with key stakeholders, and develop strategies to increase revenue and market share.

·  Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including local authorities, healthcare providers, and advocacy groups.

·  Conduct market research and analysis to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activity.

·  Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential clients and partners.

·  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including operations, marketing, and sales.

·  Develop and manage budgets and financial projections.

·  Create and deliver presentations and proposals to potential clients and partners.

·  Stay up to date with industry regulations and best practices and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
