At Torkan Care Limited, the teams are passionate about the delivery of compassionate, person-centred care that focuses on the physical, mental and emotional wellbeing of their service users. Torkan Care will support service users to remain the comfort of their familiar surroundings while receiving the support and care that they will need to thrive and be the best they can be. Torkan Care Limited can provide care and support to individuals aged from 18 with learning disabilities, autism, mental, emotional and behaviour disabilities including age-related illnesses. Torkan Care services include but not limited to: Personal Care, Elderly care, Companionship. Dementia care, Respite care - temporary care to provide regular caregivers the opportunity to rest and recharge, Live in care - round the clock care, Activities of Daily Living such as shopping, meal preparation, light housekeeping, Hospital to Home care - holistic support as service users focus on their post-hospital recovery. Other Specialised Care are available to support complex conditions such as MND and behaviours that challenge.

Services at Torkan Care are dedicated to ensuring that their service users receive individualised care tailored to their specific needs, personal preferences, routines and wishes – all care requirements that matter most to them.

With over 21 years’ experience working with children and young people, young adults, adults and the elderly, Nosa has worked in various capacities and settings in the Care Sector. Nosa started his working career as a learning support worker in a school for children living with special educational needs, complex physical, emotional and behavioural needs. He has worked with children and young people in schools, SEN schools, respite care, semi-independent living and day centres.


In working with adults, Nosa has worked as Support Worker, Team Leader, Senior and Deputy in day centres, respite care, care homes and more recently supported living settings. Nosa is experienced in the provision and management of adult care settings.


Nosa is experienced in relating with external agencies and professionals that are significant to the welfare and wellbeing of the service users. Nosa has attended and contributed to the deliberations and decision-making processes in Safeguarding Reviews and Planning meetings.


At Torkan Care, Nosa is responsible for the management of staff and ensuring that the quality of care provision is the best possible guaranteeing the welfare and wellbeing of service users.


Nosa is also a qualified Level 3 Assessor for Health and Social Care.
