Job summary

Community Care Worker for Whitstable and Herne Bay.

We are mainly looking for care workers who can work a range of core hours e.g. .  This must include early starts and some evenings. Plus every other weekend.

Please note that we do not have a UK Sponsorship Licence.

We are looking for people who are kind and caring to become our care workers. Must be drivers with their own car, either experienced or new to care, but with the motivation to Providing Quality, Compassionate, Person Centred Care within the local community as part of a great Team.

We are an established care company and we look to provide a secure, fulfilling supported job role for you as an integral part of our team.

Duties:
- Provide assistance and support to individuals in their homes or in community settings to remain independent
- Assist with personal care tasks such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Help with meal preparation and feeding
- Administer medication as directed by healthcare professionals
- Assist with mobility and transfers, using equipment when necessary
- Provide companionship and emotional support to clients
- Assist with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, and grocery shopping
- Accompany clients to medical appointments or social outings

Skills:
- A can-do attitude and Excellent communication

- Compassionate and caring attitude towards individuals of all ages
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Be able to develop and maintain good working relationships with colleagues and clients
