The staff are brilliant, always friendly, accommodating and professional. I cannot fault the care that has been provided for my mum.
The staff always inform the family of any concerns and keep us updated using the what's up app.

Brilliant company the staff are so friendly and caring. It's nice to know all the directors personally - there is a real family atmosphere. They have looked after mum really well and would highly recommend.

Fabulous company who have a passion for what they do and have seen us as a family through a critical stage of life by caring for our mother flexibly,passionately in a professional and experienced manner.
Well ran and worked with mum in client focused approach using social and medication visits to ensure

The team at Respect 4Care exceeded my expectation in the courtesy, understanding, respect, service and commitment to my mother's care on the temporary basis that my mum and I employed them. The whole team went above and beyond to deliver a total care package and they should all be rightly proud of the
service they deliver to their clients. And this especially so over the 2024 festive period! We thank them all hugely and would have no hesitation in re-engaging their care package in the future as and when we should need to do so. Thank you.

I cannot praise the Team at Respect 4Care enough, they are brilliant.
My Dad's confidence and health have improved dramatically since Respect 4care took over his care needs, they are never in a rush, and always polite and we have benefitted big time from the vast experience the Team has had in Caring,
alerting us early to possible infections and improving his mobility.
Full of common sense, mindful of safeguarding and listening - I could not fault anything. They are all stars.
My Dad is no longer in the doldrums and enjoys their visits.
Attention to detail is amazing.

Very pleased with the way the ladies treat my husband. He was very uncertain at first, but was made to feel very comfortable. It gives me a short break from caring and time to relax. Usually very punctual except in unforeseen problems. We usually get a phone call if there is a delay. This is very helpful
if I have an appointment to keep.

The care being provided to my father has been absolutely excellent. My parents have formed very quickly a great relationship with the ladies and look forward to seeing them. Everyone treats my parents, in particular my dad with respect and kindness. I would 100% recommend Respect 4Care. They are superb
and everything you would want from a carer for your loved ones.

All the carers with Respect 4 Care were kind and patient with Mum. She enjoyed their visits and seemed to feel safe and secure with everyone. If Mum was not moving to a care home, we would continue with the excellent care that Mum has been receiving with Respect 4 Care. We would highly recommend.

I highly recommend Respect 4Care. My Late Mum was really against having carers and it took an enormous amount of persuasion to get her to agree to meet the manager and accept help. I can't fault the fantastic and genuine 'care' she was given that was tailored to her own personal requirements. Everyone
was lovely but a special thank you to the manager (her main carer) because not only were her physical needs met but I noticed a positive effect on her mental health and general happiness. She chatted and laughed so much with her, she couldn't wait for her visits and I think she would have had her move-in! It's astonishing to think that at the start she was so against having someone come to the House. I can't praise Respect 4Care highly enough.

All good. Always let me know in time if there has to be any delay due to traffic etc which stops Mum fretting. Very happy with the service and Mum is very fond of her helper. Helper is always very cheerful and makes Mum's time very enjoyable.

Having used a previous care service. This is a vast improvement. We know who is coming each day and what time. Makes so much difference to get to know the carer who is looking after my husband. And I can plan appointments without worrying if the carer is going to turn up on time.

I am extremely lucky to have found this company of caregivers, who I would wholeheartedly recommend. All the ladies I have met have been friendly, professional and well-presented. Both my parents have issues that impact on how they cope at home day to day and being their only remaining child I find
a lot of my time taken up being their carer. The ladies that tend to my parents have made my life much easier and both parents are very pleased with how they are being treated.

Jaqi has worked in health and social care for many years, Jaqi started out as a care worker and studied and learned all aspects of the job to become one of the owners and Registered managers of Respect 4Care. Jaqi strives to make sure that everyone is given quality care and continues to look at new ways to make this happen.
It is our aim to provide the highest standard of care and support for all our service users by assisting people to live as independently as possible and enabling them to live a full and most interesting lifestyle possible. Our goal is to provide high-quality services to help people to live more contented, healthier, and independent lives. We are focused on upholding the dignity of individuals and respecting their rights and independence by tailoring care packages and services to meet the specific needs of individuals and enable them to live comfortably. We also aim to recruit and train suitable care workers who work according to fundamental principles of Good Care Practice to support individuals to have their personal, health care needs met.
