At Respect 4Care, we believe that care is about far more than meeting someone’s day-to-day needs. It is about seeing the person, listening to their voice, understanding what matters to them and supporting them to live the life they choose.

Our journey began with a passion for making a genuine difference to people’s lives. Jaqi has worked in health and social care for many years, beginning her career as a care worker. Through hands-on experience, continued learning and a deep commitment to supporting others, she developed an understanding of every aspect of quality care. This experience led her to become one of the owners and Registered Managers of Respect 4Care.

That journey continues to shape who we are today.

Jaqi is passionate about ensuring that every person receiving our services is treated as an individual and receives the highest standard of care, compassion and respect. She is continually looking at new ways to improve our services, develop our team and ensure that the people we support remain at the very centre of everything we do.
