Jaqi StevensJob Title:Registered Manager

Jaqi has worked in health and social care for many years, Jaqi started out as a care worker and studied and learned all aspects of the job to become one of the owners and Registered managers of Respect 4Care. Jaqi strives to make sure that everyone is given quality care and continues to look at new ways to make this happen.

It is our aim to provide the highest standard of care and support for all our service users by assisting people to live as independently as possible and enabling them to live a full and most interesting lifestyle possible. Our goal is to provide high-quality services to help people to live more contented, healthier, and independent lives. We are focused on upholding the dignity of individuals and respecting their rights and independence by tailoring care packages and services to meet the specific needs of individuals and enable them to live comfortably. We also aim to recruit and train suitable care workers who work according to fundamental principles of Good Care Practice to support individuals to have their personal, health care needs met.
