Sidmouth, Seaton & surrounding villages)
Salary: £26,000 per annum (based on 37.5 hours per week)
Contract Type: Full-Time – Contracted
(Part-time also available pro-rata)
Driving Required: Yes – full UK driving licence and
access to a vehicle essential

We’re now looking for a full-time Community Carer to buzz across the East Devon patch delivering high-quality, person-centred care. This role offers the reliability of a contracted 37.5 hours per week, meaningful work, and the support of a team that always has your back.

Your Working Pattern
- 37.5 hours per week
- 5 days per week, including alternate weekends
- Shifts will cover a mix of:
- Morning: 7:00am – 2:00pm
- Midday: 10:00am – 4:00pm
- Evening: 4:00pm – 10:00pm
All full-time roles include a minimum of 3 morning or 3
evening shifts per week and alternative weekend shifts.
Extra shifts available through our Click to Care system on the
Beehive app, if you fancy picking up more hours and making
your work even sweeter.

You’ll be a familiar, trusted face – bringing calm, confidence and kindness to the people who need it most.
What You’ll Need
- A full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for work
- The right to work in the UK – we are unable to offer sponsorship
- A caring heart, reliable hands, and a respectful attitude
- Comfort using smartphones for rota updates and care logging
