Job summary
Deputy Registered Manager - Opportunity in both Canterbury and
Thanet. The role is predominately working from your own home within
the Canterbury and Thanet Area.
A direct progression from roles such as Senior Carer & Care
Coordinators the Deputy Care Manager role sees the excitement of
running a Seniors Helping Seniors office while reporting directly to
the Office managers.
Office managers will support you on your journey towards RM -
Registered Manager (if that’s where you want to go) through learning
and development experiences and real-world coaching.

We organise schedules carefully matching
carers to our clients. Our clients are self -funders and we have a
one-hour visit time (minimum) allowing time for relationships to flourish.
Prior experience and qualifications in care are essential. We
are looking for a safe pair of hands and someone with ambition for our
clients and our company. The expectation is for our Deputy Registered
Manager to have completed a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care,
perhaps working towards a Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and

We were rated Good by the CQC in April 2023 across all five
categories. Our Registered Manager has run our wonderful team of
carers for over two years, so this new position is crucial for
sustainability, well-being and better-than ‘compliance’ within the service.

Salary Expectations: £30-35K + bonus
Salaries
for a Deputy Care Manager vary based on experience, performance, and
location.
