Job Role:
As a Care Worker with The Care Company Essex, you'll play a
vital role in supporting our clients with daily living tasks,

Responsibilities:
- Provide personal care and support to clients in their own
homes
- Assist with daily living tasks, such as bathing,
dressing, and medication management
- Support clients with
mobility and transfers
- Prepare meals and snacks
- Engage
with clients in social activities and conversations
- Maintain
accurate records and reports
- Work collaboratively with our
care team to deliver exceptional care
Requirements:
- DBS clearance (or willingness to apply)
- Care certificate or
relevant care qualification (or willingness to undertake)
- Access to a car and a clean driving licence.
