Job summary

We are looking for Care Workers / Support Workers who want to work for a CQC “Outstanding” rated home care provider.

We are “Outstanding” partially through the way we treat those who work with us. Feedback from care workers include “Working for {Blue Ribbon} has brought me out. I really love my job. I get a buzz”, “I was scared at first. They reassured me and were there 24/7 on the phone for anything I wanted. They are always approachable”, and “The firm is very organised. They are very organised and it works like clockwork”.

So, whether you are an experienced care worker, but looking for a change, or if you’re new to Care (and may be a bit nervous about the job) give us a call and talk about the opportunities we have here.

WHAT WE OFFER

·  A fair rate of pay

·  We have a rolling rota and aim to give you every other week-end off.

·  We offer guaranteed hours of work.

·  You get 6 weeks paid holiday (not rolled up holiday pay).

·  We pay mileage per mile (and proper travel time between calls).

·  A Company pension scheme.

·  Lots of training.

We are probably the best home care provider and employer in the area (and not just according to us!)

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous experience is not necessary as we offer full training
  • support and mentoring.
