Job summary

Pol Community Care are seeking honest, caring and reliable community carers.

We have a variety of shift patterns available, including full-time, part-time and flexible working. Enhanced hourly rate paid for weekends, night sits and bank holidays.

We are a community-based care company who support individuals to continue to live independently within their own homes. Tasks that are required but are not limited to the following:
Domestic Duties, Food and Nutrition, Supporting with Medication, Personal Care, Companionship and Accessing the Community. Ensuring confidentiality, dignity and respect are adhered to at all times. 

Requirements: Driving license (access to a vehicle essential),
