Job Role: Field Care Supervisor

Contract: Permanent, 40 hours per week.

Salary: £25,000 - £26,250 per annum, Depending on experience

The role:

As a Field Care Supervisor, you will visit our clients and independent support workers, carry out care plan reviews and staff support, and deal with clients, professional bodies and families.

• To undertake, as required, individual care and support planning and formal reviews with qualitative, positive outcomes.
• Providing excellent care to our clients
• To be part of the on-call rota to ensure that emergency support.
• Support care staff and the Registered Manager by undertaking support activities such as spot checks, competency checks and supervision.
• To know and access company policies, procedures, and values to support and develop the care team effectively.

Applicant must be able to drive.
