A massive thank you to all Bespoke staff for their care, love and help with my husband during a very traumatic period. They were wonderful and I would recommend every one of them to anyone for continuing care.
I sought the services of Bespoke Care when my mothers primary carer required several weeks of time off due to a medical condition. The primary carer had looked after my mother (who has dementia) for several years and therefore the thought of new carers was quite daunting. However, Bespoke Care soon put me at ease, with a visit to meet myself and my mother to assess her requirements. I was assured that consistency of carer would be provided and two carers were assigned to mums care, who have remained in place for the whole period.
They have been looking after my Mother for nearly 6weeks and both carers have been excellent. My Mother can be quite stubborn and they have both been very patient and compassionate to her illness and have always provided very professional care.
I would not hesitate to recommend this care provider and use their services again if and when the need arises.
Thanks you so much for your help.
It was a pleasure and absolutely we here whenever you need us.
thank you again.
The carers made sure that every aspect of his care was tended to , nothing was too much trouble and always liaised with me whenever needed .
They were always professional and also courteous to family members .
Rachel was very helpful and understanding of the situation that we were in and maintained excellent communication with me at all times .
I highly recommend this care company who treat your family as if they were their own .
Thank you so much for such lovely words, Rachel and all the carers were very fond of step dad.
Mum had dementia and ovarian cancer and the team did their best to keep her comfortable and attend to her personal care.
P W Thank you for your kind word. It was just a shame we could not have done more for mum. She was a lovely lady.
I have been a client of Bespoke Home Care for the last ten years at least. I have always found all the staff in the office and in the home to be extremely helpful and supportive . Even when in hospital they have been very supportive to me and my family
SW thank you for your lovely words, as you know we are here to help.
The team of regular carers struck up a good relationship with my mother, were interested in her as an individual and this made life more enjoyable for my mother.
As a family we valued the support, guidance and flexibility that Bespoke were able to offer in terms of my mother's care. This included guidance on mobility aids following a stay in hospital, assessment of enhanced care support following that stay and working with the family to provide a tailor made package of care.
your mum was a wonderful lady and she is very much missed. thank you.
Liz and Rachel with their team provided a really good service for my elderly mother for over 6 months in 2025. They were quick to respond when my mother became unwell and provided much needed reassurance to her and myself that with daily visits she'd get the care she needed. We were very satisfied with their care and would highly recommend them to others.
Raoul, it was a pleasure assisting mum, she is a lovely lady and if you need our help again please contact us.
Needed help after breaking elbow and fractured shoulder. Needed someone to help me dress and wash after the hospital stopped my help after 14days I I am a carer of 28 years to my husband and for once I needed help and needed help immediately and the agency turned up trumps and started the next day and kept them for one month delighted with the help and support they gave me and I have recommended them to other people who may need them in the future and if I needed them again I would certainly pick up the phone
Thank you so much for your lovely words, it is nice to hear from you.
I found Bespoke gave mostly good service when carers arrived in time and were helpful and caring. Would use this company again and recommend it to friends. They helped me recover from my mental problems.
it was a pleasure and we are always here if you need us.
The service provided by Bespoke has been excellent from day one. The staff are so helpful and understanding and all the Carers are so friendly and are of great help to my husband. My husband was quite concerned that I had arranged care for him but now finds them of tremendous help and enjoys having a laugh and chat with them. He has been registered partially sighted, has severe mobility problems and vascular dementia. Bespoke have made my life easier and I really enjoy seeing them
thank you again
Had Bespoke care for around 6 months now and they have been brilliant with all the care that my mum requires. The carers and management are so nice and helpful and I am so happy I chose this company.
Sharon thank you so much for the lovely comments it is a pleasure.
I can't thank the team enough for the wonderful care they gave my mother. They visited her four times a day, and every single time they were kind, gentle, and respectful. Their professionalism and efficiency were matched by genuine warmth and compassion, giving me great peace of mind knowing she was in such good hands. The management were always available whenever we needed them, and nothing was ever too much trouble - for myself or my mother. Their willingness to help, listen, and go above and beyond made such a difference to us both. We are truly grateful for everything they have done.
Sandra, thank you so much for such a lovely review this is much appreciated.Mum is missed, I hope mum has settled in well.
I have no complaint at all with the Bespoke carers as they did their best under very difficult circumstances. All the staff I had dealings with were friendly and professional and I would still be happy to use their services at a later date when more hands on care is required.
thank you so much for a wonderful review and we are here whenever you need us.thank you again.
I have a good rapport with the majority of my carers.
thank you for a lovely review.Always a pleasure.
The staff are very friendly and help me alot. My husband is not the easiest of people with his mood swings. but they now him well.
Cheryl, thank you for the review, we do know him well. thank you again
All the carers that have been in are friendly and treat mum with such dignity and talk to me and my siblings about what they are doing , as we are taking it in turns to be with mum, and we see many of them and they are good at remembering our names! Little things like this matter and their kindness and support to us has been amazing.
Carol, it was an honour, thank you for such kind words
Bespoke home care has been a very positive experience for my elderly mother who has dementia. They were the only provider to offer more tailored care for my Mums needs. My Mum had always been a night owl and most care providers put clients to bed at 7pm the latest. Mum would hate this. Bespoke were able to offer a later time that suited her and would not disrupt her usual routine. She's very fond of the carers, some more than others of course. They are all caring and considerate and we as a family feel Mum is in safe hands. It is reassuring knowing she can remain in her own home and is safe and comfortable
Thank you so much for your king words, it is a pleasure looking after mum.
Overall Bespoke has proved to be an excellent care provider, a friendly, easy to speak to organisation. If you call the office to discuss/clarify anything the phone is answered promptly and matters resolved quickly and efficiently. Would not hesitate to recommend Bespoke to anyone looking for home care for themselves or family/friends.
John, it is always a pleasure, thank you for your review.
They gave mum her breakfast & warmed up her dinner & gave her her medication which she kept forgetting to take when left to her own devices.
It gave us peace of mind knowing she was being looked after.
Thank you so much for your lovely comments Mum was a pleasure to look after.
Keep up the good work.

I make sure the care we provide truly honours the memory of my Nan and parents. Every client is treated as an individual — with their own life story, preferences, and the dignity they deserve.
Supporting my team, checking in on clients, solving challenges, and making sure everything runs smoothly. No two days are the same — but every day is about making someone’s life better.
Why I chose care work / started this company:
I saw firsthand how vital compassionate care is when supporting my own family. I wanted to create a service that feels personal, not corporate — where kindness and respect come first.
Seeing the difference we make — when a client feels valued, understood, and safe, that’s everything.
Driven, caring, and straight-talking.
I’m passionate about mindfulness and wellbeing — and I’m a qualified practitioner of Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT).
To me, good care means:
Listening properly, respecting individuality, and never rushing the moments that matter.
Remembering the little details — like someone’s favourite biscuit or the song that makes them smile.
Tea or coffee?
Tea — strong, splash of milk, one sugar.
Garibaldi biscuit — retro, simple and always a winner.
Teleportation — so I could be there instantly when someone needs me.
My proudest moment in care:
Building a team that genuinely cares — and hearing families say, “You’ve made such a difference.”
“Clarity is to calmness what vagueness is to stress.”
“Lovely Day” by Bill Withers — it never fails to lift the mood.
What I Do at Bespoke Home Care
I liaise with professional bodies to support our clients’ well-being and ensure their needs are met. I oversee the day-to-day running of the company, maintain compliance, train staff, and wear many other hats—sometimes all at once!
A Typical Day
Starts with a daily meeting (and coffee) with Rachel. Then it’s on to resolving issues or emergencies, confirming care visits from the day before, and liaising with clients, potential clients, and our team.
A Bit About Me

Optional Extras
- A quote I live by: Enjoy every moment.

I assess new clients, ensuring they receive the best care and support from our incredible team. I do care calls, especially the first visits, to ensure the Care plan is accurate. I plan schedules for clients and carers, and so much more behind the scenes!
Whilst having a coffee, I will check the previous evening's care notes and deal with any emails. I will take on new Carers, introduce them to clients, and carry out spot checks, etc.

Independence support worker
My day would start by supporting clients with their morning routines by assisting with personal care, administering meditation and preparing a meal, as the day progresses I would meet various other clients and often assist with personal care, do some house chores, prepare meals and offer companionship, the evenings would be to assist them with bedtime routines, all by ensuring their needs are met as per their individual care requirements.
A Bit About Me
It is always an opportunity for me to make a positive impact on my clients assisting them to complete tasks as they would independently, owning the process and participating makes them feel valued, it also offers a chance for me to build strong relationships and the varied experience of meeting different people opens an avenue for growth in the career and learning new things.
Putting a smile on my clients faces and seeing them happy, a laugh here and there uplifts them. That simple thank you or positive feedback goes a long way to show that I am making a difference in someone's life.
