As a family we appreciate the personal care that Bespoke were able to provide for my mother which made it possible for her to stay in her own home until the age of 97.
The team of regular carers struck up a good relationship with my mother, were interested in her as an individual and this made life
more enjoyable for my mother.
As a family we valued the support, guidance and flexibility that Bespoke were able to offer in terms of my mother's care. This included guidance on mobility aids following a stay in hospital, assessment of enhanced care support following that stay and working with the family to provide a tailor made package of care.

Liz and Rachel with their team provided a really good service for my elderly mother for over 6 months in 2025. They were quick to respond when my mother became unwell and provided much needed reassurance to her and myself that with daily visits she'd get the care she needed. We were very satisfied with

Needed help after breaking elbow and fractured shoulder. Needed someone to help me dress and wash after the hospital stopped my help after 14days I I am a carer of 28 years to my husband and for once I needed help and needed help immediately and the agency turned up trumps and started the next day
and kept them for one month delighted with the help and support they gave me and I have recommended them to other people who may need them in the future and if I needed them again I would certainly pick up the phone

Bespoke was recommended highly to me by a friend who had made use of their services. I appointed them to provide weekly one hour companionship visits for my very sick husband. He had become socially isolated owing to his poor health and I thought the visits might provide both him and I with some respite.
Unfortunately he did not accept the visits and I was obliged to stop them after the second visit.
I have no complaint at all with the Bespoke carers as they did their best under very difficult circumstances. All the staff I had dealings with were friendly and professional and I would still be happy to use their services at a later date when more hands on care is required.

We were allocated Bespoke Home Care for our terminally ill mum when she was fast tracked home and I can honestly say they have been fabulous so far.
All the carers that have been in are friendly and treat mum with such dignity and talk to me and my siblings about what they are doing , as we are taking
it in turns to be with mum, and we see many of them and they are good at remembering our names! Little things like this matter and their kindness and support to us has been amazing.

Bespoke home care has been a very positive experience for my elderly mother who has dementia. They were the only provider to offer more tailored care for my Mums needs. My Mum had always been a night owl and most care providers put clients to bed at 7pm the latest. Mum would hate this. Bespoke were
able to offer a later time that suited her and would not disrupt her usual routine. She's very fond of the carers, some more than others of course. They are all caring and considerate and we as a family feel Mum is in safe hands. It is reassuring knowing she can remain in her own home and is safe and comfortable

My sister has been using Bespoke Care since summer 2024. Have always found the leadership team approachable and quick to deal with any issues. The carers are very reliable, my sister relies on them primarily to ensure she has her medication on a regular basis, they have not let us down .
Overall Bespoke
has proved to be an excellent care provider, a friendly, easy to speak to organisation. If you call the office to discuss/clarify anything the phone is answered promptly and matters resolved quickly and efficiently. All the cares were very kind& helpful.
They gave mum her breakfast & warmed up her dinner & gave her her medication which she kept forgetting to take when left to her own devices.

Would highly recommend Bespoke Homecare. From management down to the carers, they have their client's best interests at heart. When we joined the company last year my husband was anxious, stressed and depressed. What a difference a year makes. I have my husband back, happy and cheerful. This is down
to the hard work put in by the care staff. They made him feel valued, they listened to his concerns and addressed them. They are courteous, polite and will go the extra mile if needed. What I Do at Bespoke Home Care
I liaise with professional bodies to support our clients’ well-being and ensure their needs are met. I oversee the day-to-day running of the company, maintain compliance, train staff, and wear many other hats—sometimes all at once!
A Typical Day
Starts with a daily meeting (and coffee) with Rachel. Then it’s on to resolving issues or emergencies, confirming care visits from the day before, and liaising with clients, potential clients, and our team.


A Bit About Me
- Why I chose care work: I started in care to keep busy and earn extra money. I was hesitant at first, but I loved it from day one and have worked my way up ever since.
- What I love most: That feeling when you leave a client’s home knowing you’ve truly helped someone—it’s humbling.
- Three words people use to describe me: Strong, Caring, and occasionally a tad outspoken.
- Something you might not guess: I can play the bagpipes—well, I am Scottish after all!
