Job summary
Requirements:
- Possess a full driving license.
- Have access to a car with business insurance coverage that can be used for work-related purposes.
Role Specific Duties:
- Prioritise the well-being and individual preferences of Service Users, ensuring their needs are at the center of care delivery.
- Contribute to the efficient operation of the service.
- Support Service Users in maintaining their local community connections and relationships.
- Follow Care Plans and adhere to guidelines for supporting Service Users.
- Report any changes in the needs of Service Users promptly to the Field Care Supervisor.
Working with Others:
- Cultivate effective working relationships with fellow employees at Sap Care Services.
- Collaborate with members of multi-disciplinary teams to maximise opportunities for Service Users.
Leading by Example:
- Actively seek personal and professional growth opportunities.

Personal Responsibilities:
- Familiarise yourself with the regulatory framework governing the service, including the role of the Care Quality Commission (CQC) and their requirements.
