Shift Patterns:

• 7am starts for the morning shift
• 10pm starts for the evening shift
• Alternate weekend work required

No Prior Experience Required:
While healthcare experience is a plus, it’s not essential. We value skills from retail, hospitality, childcare, sales, and education. Your enthusiasm to learn & broaden your knowledge is what counts.

Requirements:

• Must be able to travel across the following areas: Hythe, Dibden Purlieu, Fawley, Blackfield, Langley, Holbury, Lymington, New Milton, Brockenhurst & Sway.
• Must have a UK driving licence and regular access to a car.
• Flexibility to work 1-2 evenings per week and alternate weekends.
• Must be UK-based with the right to work (British citizenship, dependant visa, ancestry visa, spousal visa, settled, or pre-settled status). Sponsorship not available.

Role Overview:
As a Community Care Assistant, you'll provide personalised care in customers' homes across Hythe, Waterside, and New Forest areas, promoting independence and enhancing quality of life.

• Assisting with personal hygiene, dressing, and continence care
• Meal preparation
• Assisting with moving and handling, including use of equipment
• Medication prompting & administration
• Light housekeeping duties
