Your Role

As our Community Engagement & Referrals Officer, you’ll be the face of our service in the local area, building strong relationships with:

• GPs and district nurses

• Hospital discharge teams

• Social workers and local authority commissioners

• Community groups, events, and local networks

• Families seeking private care

Your goal is to generate high-quality care referrals through meaningful, ethical engagement not pushy selling. You’ll educate stakeholders, share our story, and make sure people know who to turn to when care is needed.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Visiting hospitals, clinics, and community centres to promote our services

• Developing referral partnerships with health and social care professionals

• Attending networking events, coffee mornings, and expos

• Supporting local marketing efforts (e.g. flyers, talks, social media leads)

• Following up on leads and working closely with our Care Manager to ensure smooth client onboarding

• Keeping accurate records of activity, contacts, and results

 What We’re Looking For:

• A confident communicator and natural relationship-builder

• Experience in sales, business development, or community outreach

• Knowledge of the care or healthcare sector is a bonus

• Able to work independently and take initiative

• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
