Pay Rates
- Standard hourly rate: £13.24
- Bank Holidays: £19.86
- Christmas, Boxing Day & New Year: £26.48
Working Hours
- Full-time, part-time and zero-hours contracts available
- Flexible shifts: mornings, afternoons, evenings and weekends
- We understand life happens – flexibility is key!
A Few Things to Note
We are unable to accept sponsorship applications or transfers as we do not currently hold a sponsorship licence.

What You’ll Be Doing
As a Health Care Assistant, you’ll support people in their own homes to live safely, independently and with dignity.
Your day could include:
- Helping with washing, dressing, and mobility
- Assisting with meals and medication
- Providing companionship and emotional support
- Light housework and helping with errands
- Supporting hobbies and social outings
- Recording notes and communicating with families and professionals
What We’re Looking For
- A kind, patient, and dependable person
- Good communication and a team player
- Willing to learn – full training provided
- UK Right to Work & DBS check (we’ll help you apply)
- Full UK driving licence and access to a car (preferred)
Skills / Qualifications:
- It’s a bonus if you have: Experience in domiciliary or healthcare settings
- Knowledge of safe moving & handling
- First Aid training
