Job summary
Join our Outstanding team! We are looking for people who are caring and compassionate and can support people within their homes in a professional way.
Experience is not necessary if you have the desire to support people to remain independent. Full comprehensive training is provided and you will have Shadow calls before you commence work on your own.
Our team find the support that they provide very rewarding.
This may include:
- Assisting someone to get up for the day
- Meal preparation
- Medication support
- Companionship and social outings
- Assisting someone to bed
- Working as a team to provide the best support locally - we are told!
