Job summary

Home Instead Kidderminster are seeking a Care Assistant to join our team supporting  Kidderminster and the surrounding area’s.

Requirements:

• Do you have a valid UK Driving Licence?
• Do you have a valid work permit (We do not provide Sponsorship)?
• Are you authorised to work in the United Kingdom?

As a Care Assistant, you'll be enabling people to stay in their own home in a safe, clean environment so that they can still enjoy their favourite activities and feel comfortable in their surroundings. All our visits are a minimum of an hour for our clients, meaning no two care visits are the same, and all our clients are different!

Some things you might do during a care visit include:

• Helping your clients with shopping
• Cooking delicious healthy meals
• Personal care - supporting them with: Shower, dressing or even brushing their hair.
• Companionship. Some clients want company, so that they can still enjoy their favourite past times and don't have to do them on their own.

·  No experience is necessary, just a passion to work with people.

Experience:
- Compassion and empathy for individuals requiring care.
