Job summary

TL Care is currently recruiting Home Care Workers to provide care and support services to vulnerable individuals in their own homes or within the community. This may involve offering personal, emotional, social, and physical support.

Due to an occupational requirement based on the expressed preferences of some service users for female carers during personal care, we are currently seeking female applicants only for these specific roles. We have a dedicated team of male carers; however, those care rounds are currently full.

Location Requirement:
Applicants must reside within the following areas: Hoylake, West Kirby, Moreton, Meols, Greasby, Wallasey, or Birkenhead.

Please note, we are only recruiting drivers at this time as our walking rounds are currently full. Due to the nature of the role, commuting from outside these areas is not feasible.

Working Hours:
We offer flexible working hours to suit your availability—whether you can work a few mornings, lunchtimes, or evenings. Care visits take place between 7:00 AM and 10:00 PM.

Some weekend availability is required, typically a few hours every other weekend.

Please note: This is community-based care work, not a care home role. We do not offer long shifts.

Immediate starts available for experienced carers with a DBS on the update service. Full training and induction offered for those new to care.
