Job summary
A compassionate and reliable female support worker (MUST SPEAK TAMIL) with experience in domiciliary and/or residential care settings. Skilled in delivering person-centred care with a strong emphasis on dignity, privacy, and independence. Fully trained and experienced in the safe use of hoists and other manual handling equipment, particularly for clients with limited or no mobility.
Skills / Qualifications:
- Full personal care: washing dressing incontinence care grooming and hygiene support Proficient in manual handling and hoist use (including single and double-handed care) Assistance with positioning and transfers for clients who are non-ambulatory Strong communication and interpersonal skills Commitment to dignity respect and safeguarding Familiar with care planning daily logging and confidentiality standards
