At Ultimate Complex Care Ltd, we are dedicated to delivering high-quality, person-centred care to individuals in their own homes and supported living environments.  We’re seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Care Administrator to support our frontline staff and ensure smooth coordination of services.

About the Role: The Care Administrator is a key part of our office-based team, supporting the delivery of high-quality care through accurate record-keeping, communication with staff and families, and efficient administrative processes. You’ll work closely with the Registered Manager, Care Coordinator, Operations Manager and wider support team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records and care documentation

  • Support recruitment, onboarding and HR compliance for care staff

  • Monitor training records and assist with scheduling refreshers and inductions

  • Liaise with families, staff and external professionals to ensure continuity of care

  • Support rota management and timesheet processing where needed

  • Manage incoming calls, emails and general enquiries in a compassionate and professional manner

  • Assist with audits, file checks and other quality assurance tasks

Skills / Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in a care administration or office support role.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • IT confident – especially with Microsoft Office and care systems.
  • A caring
  • patient and professional manner.
  • Knowledge of CQC compliance and social care processes (preferred).
  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Business Administration
  • Health & Social Care
  • or equivalent.
  • Understanding of rota management and basic payroll/timesheet processes.
