At Adefey Care, we support people with learning disabilities, autism, and complex needs to live fulfilling lives with dignity and respect. We’re looking for Support Workers to join our friendly, hardworking team. Whether you’re experienced in care or just starting out, we provide full training and support to help you succeed.

What you’ll do:

• Support people with their daily routines and activities, including personal care, meal times, and getting out and about

• Help people build their independence and confidence

• Work alongside a team to create a safe, caring environment

• Use simple tech to keep clear records of the care you provide

What we’re looking for:

• Someone who’s patient, kind, and reliable

• Good at communicating and understanding people’s needs

• Flexible with your hours and able to work some evenings, weekends, or overnight if needed

• A team player who’s happy to learn and grow
