Throughout his career, Ben has embraced meaningful roles, including the privilege of supporting a service user one-on-one during a holiday to Scotland. This unique assignment involved helping them manage and emotionally cope with a home refurbishment an experience that reflects both his adaptability and dedication to person-centred support.
Ben holds various health and social care qualifications, including academic work toward an NVQ and recent training with Doncaster Metropolitan Borough Council (DMBC). His professional growth continues to be driven by a commitment to maintaining high standards and staying current with evolving CQC expectations.
