Your Role – Responsibilities as a Home Care Assistant:
You will help clients live safely and independently in their own homes. Your day-to-day tasks may include:
- Personal care (bathing, dressing, toileting)
- Medication assistance (following full training)
- Meal preparation & hydration support
- Light housekeeping duties
- Companionship and emotional support
Requirements:
- No previous care experience needed – just compassion and a willingness to learn
- Must live in or near Cheltenham
- A UK driving licence and access to your own car is essential
- Must have the right to work in the UK – sponsorship not available
- Must be available for shift rotation including Day, evenings and weekends
- Reliable, kind, and respectful attitude is a must
- Contract – Full-Time, varied hours including days, evenings & weekends on a rotational basis
