We are very pleased with the service provided by SW Care. Firstly we receive a weekly schedule of who will be attending to my wife and when. Should we require any changes these are always accommodated. The organisation is small so we have quickly built up a good relationship with the whole team. They

From the initial contact which was recommended by NHS Home first team, everything was easy to arrange.
The assessment for my mother and her needs was taken into consideration and even with a slight change nearer to the start date was approached without any problem.
The care from the team who came
were outstanding and went above and beyond to help with my mother's needs and she was delighted with the help, care and company received.
I was so happy with the comments from my mother I have already made arrangements to use the company again. Knowing my mother is left in safe hands really does help make life that bit easier.

They have been very reliable as well as flexible when necessary. They treat him with dignity, and everyone I have met has been

SW Care has been providing personal care and domestic support for my mother for several years (at the beginning SW Care was part of a different company).
From the start, we were helped to understand how Mum's needs were likely to develop and how SW Care would be able to tailor their support to ensure
she always had the care she needed.
I cannot praise the carers who work with Mum enough. They are very skilled and deeply thoughtful. They always have suggestions when new issues arise and they have expertly managed serious crises including falls, transitions back from hospital after the falls, and the death this year of mum's disabled alcoholic partner.
I have found it really easy to communicate with SW care and my questions are always answered very promptly.

We could not be more pleased with the care given to my brother-in-law. As we can't be available for him we rely on his excellent carers to cover his every need as they do perfectly. Carers provided excellent service - they were kind and patient with my mother, provided all the care she needed and kept me informed of problems or issues, so they could be resolved.
Their visits were on time, in accordance with the ones agreed upon, and the ladies never left if there was something

The care provided is extremely good. My mother is consistently supported by a small group of carers who know her well, and she always knows which carer is coming for all her sessions a week in advance. On rare occasions when new staff are introduced to her, this is managed well. We have been able to
adapt to the support she receives over time as her needs have changed. My mother is able to manage her care package herself to a great extent, but there is a good level of communication with her named family contacts when appropriate.
