What's in it for you?

• Weekend rate of pay: 07:00 - 22:00 - £14.25 per hour
• Weekday rates of pay: 09:00 – 18:00 – £12.75 per hour
• Weekday early & late unsociable Hours: 07:00 – 09:00 and 18:00 to 22:00 – £13.00 per hour
• Bank Holiday: 07:00 – 22:00 – £18.50 per hour
• Paid mileage of 30p per mile
• You can be considered for a guaranteed hours contracts available after 12 weeks
• Flexible hours to fit around your family and other commitments
• Refer a friend bonus £200
• Signing-on bonus £150
• Fully funded Diplomas/NVQs in Health & Social Care
• You can be considered for our Open University Funding Programme. Work with us full-time and you could receive up to £9K funding for yourself or dependant child on a part-time course, or up to £6k on a full-time course. Work with us part-time and you could receive up to £6k funding for yourself or your dependant child for part-time courses.

What you will be doing:

You’ll deliver high quality care and support to people living in their own homes. You’ll have responsibilities including but not limited to:

• Personal Care
• Meal preparation
• Administer Medication
• Companionship Care

To achieve this, full training is provided in all aspects of care, meaning that no previous experience in care is necessary.

All you need

• Full UK driving licence with access to your own car
• The desire to care for others
