Duties include personal care, assistance with personal hygiene, grooming, continence management, preparing food, drinks and snacks for the client to maintain good nutrition and hydration levels, medication management. moving and handling. enabling and encouraging independence, light housework, accompanying on community access.
Skills / Qualifications:
- 6 months experience in the Care Sector.
