Dear SallyThank you for the kind words. Your Mum is lovely. She is amazing. She really is a Mum first. She calls me just to find out if I am ok. It really warms my heart. Yes, she can be stubborn and uncooperative, but then again, who doesn't get those moments. Lol. We all have our moments, don't we. Through understanding her, we know how to deescalate and calm her down to ensure that by the time we leave, she is feeling better and happy again. We all want to be happy but life gets in the way. doesn't it. There is nothing more comforting than knowing that the person coming to me, understands me and they get me. We all need that person. It is a privilege to be that person to your Mum. One again thank you for giving us an opportunity to care for your lovely Mum.

Oh wooow Alex, what more can I say. We are humbled by your review. I had to hold back tears as I read your review. This is why I joined this industry, it warms my heart. There is nothing more fulfilling than to make a positive impact in the life of another and those that are around them. Your mum is special, we look forward to visiting her everyday, where she will be eagerly waiting to tell us all that happened during the day, the up and down moments but all in all, we never leave without a hard laugh. You have said it numerous times that you can not put a monetary value on how much the quality of life of your beloved Mum has improved since we started caring for her. We match each client to 2 key carers to ensure that they build a relationship and therefore enabling us to respond to the unique needs of the client. Emotional support plays a big part in improving one's well being, therefore we work hard to ensure that professional relationships are built between carers and clients and that those relationships feed into other areas to improve and maintain our highest standard of care.
